Beyond the Main Panels

Special Panel & Roundtable Discussions

In addition to the main panel conversations, the conference will feature special discussions designed to broaden industry perspectives, address important institutional priorities and translate dialogue into meaningful action.

Special Panel Discussion

The Ladies of Aviation

Balancing the Gender Dynamics in Aviation.

This special panel will explore how aviation can attract, develop and retain more women across technical, operational, commercial and leadership roles. It will bring attention to career pathways, access to training, mentoring, workplace culture and progression into decision-making positions.

The conversation will invite women and men to consider practical actions that institutions, employers and professional networks can take to widen opportunity. Delegates will be encouraged to look beyond representation alone and consider how people gain the experience, support and visibility needed to advance.

The Central Question How can the aviation industry create a sustainable environment in which women have equitable opportunities to enter, grow, lead and contribute across all aviation professions?
Executive Roundtable

Executive Leadership Roundtable

Where Are We Today and What Must Change in Nigerian Aviation?

The Executive Leadership Roundtable will bring together perspectives from public institutions, operators, investors, professional bodies and other industry stakeholders to turn conference discussions into a focused set of priorities.

Participants will be encouraged to identify one critical problem, propose one intervention, identify the responsible institution and specify a measurable outcome.

The discussion will focus on priority reforms for the next 12–36 months. Recommendations will inform the proposed Conference Communiqué and Strategic Action Framework, with attention to responsibilities, sequencing and follow-up.

The Central Question What structural changes would make Nigerian aviation safer, more efficient, commercially sustainable and internationally competitive?
Conference Conclusion

Closing Plenary &
Conference Outcomes

The closing session will draw together the main recommendations from the plenaries, panels and roundtable. It will highlight proposed priorities for the industry and the next steps for communicating the conference outcomes.

The aim is to ensure that the conversations extend beyond the conference room, providing a foundation for continued engagement, collaboration and practical action across Nigeria's aviation industry.
